It’s not the first thought when you think about outdoor gear, but combining gear creates a color palette in my mind. OK it’s more than just about color, the materials come in different qualities, shapes and textures with a specific touch, smell and look.

When I go for new gear I try not to choose something that won’t last. And I mean lasting for years or even generations. What I dislike are products that are made just for temporary trends or made in bad quality just to be sold cheap and in huge amounts.
